Chief Customer Officer
Dean is Chief Customer Officer at Alation. He oversees support, services, and the client strategy team and is responsible for ensuring that every Alation customer is receiving maximum value from its partnership with Alation. Prior to Alation, Dean built and led the Customer Success organization at Sumo Logic, creating a culture of being “in it” with customers. Dean has also held customer-centric leadership roles at NICE Systems and Merced Systems. He holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
