Jill Woodworth

Chief Financial Officer

Jill is Chief Financial Officer at Alation. She oversees Alation’s global finance, IT, and legal functions. Jill has nearly 30 years of experience in finance and was most recently CFO of Peloton. At Peloton, she built a global finance team to support the company’s growth and led their IPO and several other capital raises. Before Peloton, Jill was a Managing Director at JP Morgan where she advised companies on IPOs, financings, and M&A. Jill holds a BS in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
