Alation Named to New Constellation ShortList^™ for Metadata Management, Data Cataloging & Data Governance

Redwood City, Calif. – August 19, 2020 – Alation Inc., the data intelligence company, today announced that it has been named to the Constellation ShortList™ for Metadata Management,  Data Cataloging & Data Governance in Q3 2020. The name of the ShortList this year has evolved to reflect the broader metadata management demands of enterprises to successfully pursue digital transformation initiatives. The Constellation ShortList is determined by client inquiries, partner conversations, customer references, vendor selection projects, market share, and internal research.
