Joy is Chief People Officer at Alation. She oversees global employee engagement, development, and organizational growth. Prior to joining Alation, Joy was the VP of people at Phantom Cyber, acquired by Splunk, where she led the company through a period of more than 300 percent growth. Joy has also served in leadership development, people operations, and talent acquisition roles at Kespry, BlueJeans Network, and Intersil. She holds a Bachelor's in business administration from the University of Miami Business School and an MBA from the University of Central Florida.
