REDWOOD CITY, Calif. — November 8, 2018 – Alation Inc., the data intelligence company, today announced the launch of RevAlation London, Europe’s first user community conference focused on enterprise data catalogue initiatives. The timing of the event coincides with the opening of Alation’s new European headquarters in London.
Alation has seen strong growth in the U.K. and Germany with customers including Daimler, HelloFresh, Munich Re, Roche, and Scout24. Demand continues to grow for data catalogues as an enabler for self-service analytics, a means for increasing analyst productivity, and a way to build the foundation for more agile data governance. The London office will serve to help Alation meet the growing demand across Europe.
